At Pedcor, he conducted due diligence, negotiated and acquired sites for LIHTC apartment projects (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit). At Denison Properties, he worked as a developer and attorney on industrial, retail, and residential land development projects. Prior to going  in-house, Dave was a real estate attorney in Minneapolis, MN and Bozeman, MT. Before law school, he worked for three years at a Washington, DC lobbying firm that represented Indiana interests.
